Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Uptime AI Automation

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website uptimeaiautomation.com and to services provided by Uptime AI Automation, a sole proprietorship owned by Jimmie Hill and based in South Texas ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We build and maintain AI voice receptionists and booking agents, lead qualification and booking flows, workflow automations (n8n, Make, Zapier), and email triage for business clients. The scope, price, and details for each client are set out in a written quote or agreement. If that quote or agreement conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement controls.

3. AI assistants

Our voice assistants are AI, not people. They tell callers this at the start of each call, and calls may be recorded and transcribed. AI assistants can make mistakes, such as mishearing a caller or booking the wrong time. An appointment is confirmed only when the assistant confirms it out loud on the call. The business you called is responsible for its own services, prices, and appointments.

4. Payments

  • Services are billed month to month at the price in your quote or agreement, plus any applicable tax.
  • Some services rely on third-party software, phone, or AI usage. How those costs are paid is set out in your quote or agreement.
  • If a payment is late, we may pause the service until it is paid.

5. Cancelling

Either of us can cancel at any time with 14 days' notice by email. To cancel, email jimmie@uptimeaiautomation.com. Unless your quote or agreement says otherwise, the service and billing end when the 14-day notice period ends.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use our website or services to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or interfere with our systems.

7. No guarantees

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep systems running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, the uptime of third-party providers, or any specific business result, such as a number of calls, leads, jobs, or revenue.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, missed calls, or lost jobs.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
